You can always buy them online. also some grocery stores like Vons and Albertsons will have gift cards at the checkout aisle for different places. Like restraunts and best buy and stuff like that. I am not sure if they have them for Wal*Mart and Target though.
They are really Target employees. I worked for Starbucks for 8 years, and we constantly had this conversation with customers because Starbucks doesn't actually train the Target Starbucks employees.
