TWC customer, paying for 200 Mbps service. When I run Speedtest.net or the Ookla speed test on TWC's web site, I routinely hit over 200 Mpbs. When I test again on Speedof.me or other speed test sites, I get around 30 Mbps. Different times of day/week return similar results.
